Varmint damage on the underside of a manufactured home unfortunately this turned into a big mice issue as well. Repairs were made and all trespassers evicted.
Raccoon in Hiding
Under decks and porches are a typical area that varmints like to set up homesteads. Under this deck was access to the crawl space of the home. We evicted one very large raccoon and secured the deck and crawl space.
